The political battle between the ruling Congress and the opposition BRS in Telangana has intensified. BRS has announced that it will hold a huge public meeting in Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's own constituency, Kodangal, and challenge the Congress government.
Speaking to the media in Hyderabad, BRS leader and former minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav made strong comments. "We will make the Chief Minister sweat with the meeting we are going to hold in Kodangal," he warned. Talasani clarified that there will be a BRS meeting in Kodangal after CM Revanth Reddy's meeting in Siddipet.
He mentioned the recent meeting held by CM Revanth Reddy... in Sircilla, the constituency of BRS working president KTR. He questioned whether Sircilla is in a neighboring state... and questioned why there was a need to show strength in Sircilla. He said that the meeting had caused political losses to the CM.
On this occasion, Talasani expressed full confidence in the Khairatabad by-election. He predicted that BRS would win 100 percent in that election. He said that people are angry with Danam Nagender who changed party and that the voting percentage will also increase this time. He commented that people will not vote for Congress even if they give money. Talasani also criticized the suspension of his party MLAs from the Assembly. He questioned what the Speaker has to do with what they did not do in the House and the controversy that happened outside.
