Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has revealed another new talent in her. After impressing the audience as an actress, she has now taken on a new avatar as a singer. She entered the music world with an electronic dance music (EDM) track titled 'Heart Controller'. What is special is that she not only lent her voice to this song, but also penned the lyrics.
On this occasion, Urvashi shared interesting things about her musical journey. "I have always been interested in electronic dance music. Apart from my image as an actress, I wanted to see myself as a singer and writer in this music. I am proud to be the first lead singer in Bollywood history to sing a full-fledged EDM song," she said.
Urvashi also explained the meaning behind the title of this song. "The word 'Heart Controller' comes from my name 'Urvashi'. In this, 'Ur' means heart, and 'Vashi' means controller. That is why I gave it this name. In this song, I am not singing about another woman, I am singing about myself," she clarified. She stated that this song is not just about music, but also contains references to the Mahabharata, Indian culture and traditions. She said that her surname 'Rautela' was also deliberately included in the lyrics.
She said that she had composed this song in collaboration with prominent producers from the Hollywood music industry, Aslan, Taimur Jana, and Oriental House. She expressed her happiness that those who have already heard the song are giving a good response and that now this song is not just hers but belongs to all the listeners.
Urvashi made her Bollywood debut with the film 'Singh Saab The Great' opposite Sunny Deol. After that, he gained recognition by appearing in films like 'Sanam Re', 'Great Grand Masti', 'Hate Story 4' and also in a special song in the film 'Kaabil'.
