Telangana youth is suffering from severe mental stress and health problems. It is a matter of concern that the state ranks second in the country in the lifestyle crisis that is leading to hair loss, especially in men. These shocking facts were revealed in a massive study conducted by the leading health platform 'Triya' on 5.6 lakh men across the country.
What did the survey reveal?
The survey concluded that men aged 29 to 31 across the country are suffering from severe mental stress. While the national average for stress is 54.6 percent, it was recorded as high as 63.6 percent in Telangana. With this, Telangana ranks second among the states facing the most stress in the country. Not only stress, but our youth are also leading in the problem of insomnia. While the national average is 29.5 percent, Telangana ranks second in the country with 36.7 percent of youth suffering from insomnia. It ranks third in the country with 50.7 percent in terms of slow metabolism. These three problems are interrelated and are damaging the health of the youth, especially their hair. Experts analyze that
the real reasons behind hair loss
are the first effects of problems such as internal stress and malnutrition that are visible on the hair itself. According to this study, by the time they consult experts to control hair loss, 55.2 percent of young people are reaching the advanced stage. The survey states that these three problems - mental stress, insomnia, and metabolic deficiency - arise simultaneously in the same person and create an internal environment that puts the body under constant stress.
How do these problems damage hair?
Mental stress: Continuous stress increases the hormone 'cortisol' in the body. This blocks the hair growth cycle, weakens the follicles, and causes hair loss.
Insomnia: The cells in our body repair themselves (cellular repair) during sleep. Chronic insomnia interferes with this process, leading to deterioration of hair health.
Metabolic deficiency: When the body is not functioning at its optimum capacity, it diverts its energy and nutrients to vital organs like the heart and kidneys. In this process, the importance of hair growth decreases.
What do the experts say?
On this occasion, Saloni Anand, co-founder of Tria Health, said, "Men are facing the problem of hair loss at a much younger age than expected. Especially in the southern states, hair loss is not just caused by skin problems on the head. These developments are happening internally in the body."
According to this survey, stress, insomnia, and metabolic disorders.. Tamil Nadu ranks first in the country in all three of these problems. The states of Karnataka and Telangana being in the next positions, it is clear how much this problem is affecting the youth of the south. Experts warn that hair loss should not be seen as just a cosmetic problem, but as a sign of a serious health crisis.
