Captain and star batter Suryakumar Yadav, who gave Team India the 2026 T20 World Cup, has bought a luxurious residence in Dubai. He shared this good news with his fans by posting a video with his wife Devisha Shetty on Instagram. Suryakumar bought this house in an ultra-luxury property called 'Shahrukh's Residences' built in the name of Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan.
On this occasion, Suryakumar said.. "I first came to Dubai to play IPL in 2014. Then I came again in 2020. Now, looking at it, the whole of India is coming to Dubai. The luxury and standard of living here are very different. There is security where I live in Mumbai, but the security in Dubai is also very good when I come here. I feel very relaxed and happy," he explained.
Shah Rukh Khan specifically reacted to buying a house in the project. "When I heard that a building is being built here in the name of Shah Rukh sir, I had no other idea. The interior work and quality are amazing. Above all, I liked the longevity and wellness center," said Suryakumar. He
mentioned in the video that this residential property has state-of-the-art health facilities like hyperbaric treatment, red light therapy, and cryotherapy. "I noticed another thing here. You can know everything from A to Z in the body's sugar levels without a blood test. This is very amazing," he said in surprise.
Meanwhile, earlier this year, Suryakumar's wife Devisha bought an apartment in Mumbai's Chembur area for Rs. 7.18 crore. This is the third apartment they have bought in the Godrej Sky Terraces building.
While Suryakumar is in the news with his property purchases, on the other hand, his career has become interesting. Despite leading India to the T20 World Cup in 2026, Surya has now lost his place in the short-form team. His replacement as captain by Shreyas Iyer was a topic of discussion in Indian cricket circles at the time.
