Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has made a key announcement regarding the much-awaited movie 'Spirit', which is eagerly awaited by the fans of Pan India star Prabhas. Along with finalizing the new release date of the movie, he also released a poster with Prabhas' new look. According to this, the movie 'Spirit' will hit theaters worldwide on October 29, 2027, during the Diwali festival. This announcement has started an interesting discussion in the Indian film industry.

This morning, Sandeep Vanga took to the social media platform 'X' to entertain the fans. "I am going to introduce a new poster with a new release date to the fans of Prabhas," he tweeted, adding to the excitement. 

A few minutes later, he released a poster with Prabhas' serious look and officially announced, "Releasing worldwide on October 29, 2027 for Diwali." Originally, the film was supposed to be released on March 5, 2027, but with the latest changes, it was put on the Diwali calendar.

With this decision, 'Spirit' is sure to compete with another big film at the box office. The prestigious film 'Ramayana Part 2', directed by Nitesh Tiwari and starring Ranbir Kapoor, is also set to release on Diwali 2027. While the first part of 'Ramayana' is scheduled to release in November 2026, the producers have already announced that the second part will be released on Diwali 2027. Although 

the exact date has not been revealed yet, trade sources are analyzing that 'Spirit' and 'Ramayana 2' are set to clash at the box office as they are targeting the same festive season. This competition is going to be a real feast for movie lovers as, on the one hand, it is an action thriller directed by Sandeep Vanga, following a blockbuster like 'Animal', and on the other hand, it is a mythological story that is generating a lot of interest across the country.
