Renée Zellweger's once-luxurious ranch (farmhouse) is back up for sale. She sold the home in Topanga, California, four years ago, and it's now on the market for about $8 million (roughly Rs. 66 crore).

Zellweger bought the 10-acre property in 2015 for $3.35 million. She then completely renovated the home. The 4,414-square-foot Spanish hacienda-style home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The home features beamed ceilings, Venetian plaster arches, and a chef's kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities.

The home is located in a mountainous area between Malibu and Calabasas. It is accessed via a long oak-lined driveway. It features an infinity-edge swimming pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, expansive lawns, and private hiking trails that overlook the mountain valley. The home is designed with direct access from the master bedroom to the pool.

After completely modernizing the home, Renee put it up for sale in 2021 for $5.99 million. However, it sold for $6.4 million, well above the asking price. The owners are currently listing the property for $7.995 million. Compass Agents is touting the home as a secluded retreat with the utmost privacy. Analysts believe that the property could be affected by the fires that struck the area in January 2025.
