Nallapadu police have arrested a man on charges of spreading false propaganda on social media targeting Andhra Pradesh IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh. Tirthala Naga Venkata Durga Rakesh, a resident of Errabalem near Mangalagiri in Guntur district, was arrested in Hyderabad and later shifted to Guntur.
