Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has made sensational allegations. He said that an attempt was made to frame him in a sting operation after he became the CM. He said that he has the photos and documents related to this. He said that he knows who is behind this affair.

Speaking to the media in Delhi on Thursday, Shivakumar said that some people met him after he took charge as the Chief Minister. He said that he knows who they are and for whom they came. "They tried to frame me. I have the photos. I know who is behind these sting operations," he said.

Shivakumar revealed that he had also informed the police about this affair. He said that he had preserved the documents related to the people who met him. However, he said that he could not reveal the full details of this matter now.

"What did they come to talk about? How did they come? Who did they meet? I know everything. I also know who is behind this," Shivakumar said.

He warned that government officials could also be drawn into such traps. He said that he had advised the officials to be vigilant. He alleged that he has information that there are people in three positions around him and that some have been specially appointed.

Shivakumar alleged that sting operations are being carried out not only on him but also on others. He said that he has information about who is behind them? Who is funding them? He clarified that he has evidence for his allegations.

It is reported that Shivakumar had warned in a recent cabinet meeting that sting operations are likely to be carried out targeting Congress ministers. In this context, Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy raised questions on Shivakumar's comments.

Karnataka BJP President BY Vijayendra also criticized the Congress. He alleged that conducting sting operations and blackmailing people with them is a habit of the Congress in the past. BJP leader R. Ashok also criticized Shivakumar for being worried now because he was involved in such activities in the past.
