Bollywood heroine Neha Sharma has expressed her anger over those who are using her photos and videos without her permission. She warned that the AI content created without her permission is damaging her reputation and that legal action will be taken if such things happen again. She released a statement on her ex account to this effect.

"Those who are creating AI videos and images with my photo or likeness should stop immediately. Immediately remove the content that has already been posted. Do not create, edit or circulate any new AI content using my identity," she clarified.

"It is completely unacceptable to use my face to misrepresent me or damage my reputation in this way. I do not agree to the unauthorized use of my face or likeness. Consider this post as an official warning. I will take legal action against everyone who creates, posts or circulates such content. If you hide behind fake accounts or AI technology, you will not escape punishment," Neha said in her post. Neha Sharma's warning has become more prominent in the wake of the recent rise in deepfake and morphed content targeting celebrities.
