AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has made serious allegations that there is a conspiracy to deliberately remove the names of Muslim voters from the voter list in Goshamahal constituency. He criticized that this attempt is being made through bulk applications as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process.

Speaking to the media in Hyderabad, he alleged that pre-printed Form-7 applications are being submitted to remove the names of Muslim voters in booth numbers 28, 30, 127 in Goshamahal. He clarified that the names of all these voters have been in the list since at least 2002. He questioned how a single person can submit 122 applications. Owaisi alleged that BJP leaders are behind this conspiracy.

Owaisi demanded that cases be registered against those who are filing bulk and false Form-7 applications. He asked the Election Commission to work independently and take action against those responsible. He also demanded that the process of appointing the Chief Election Commissioner be carried out in the old manner.
