Security forces have arrested a cannibal and serial killer who has terrorized the country of Uganda. The man, identified as Mujuriji Moses, is accused of brutally killing and eating 38 people in the past 15 years. Authorities said the killings took place between 2010 and 2025 in Masaka, Ibanda and Kajo districts. The arrest was announced by the Ugandan Chief of Defence Forces, General Muhuzi Kainerugaba, on Monday evening on the social media platform 'X'.

"I am pleased to inform the public that our security forces have arrested the evil Mujurizi Moses. He is the most vicious serial killer and cannibal in the history of Uganda. He killed and ate 38 people between 2010 and 2025. He will be tried publicly and hanged," General Kinerugaba said in his post.

Horrifying facts from the investigation. 
According to local authorities.. Moses was a very brutal criminal. He was accused of targeting families, entering houses in the middle of the night and slashing everyone with a knife. According to a Metro report, Moses, who entered the house of Pastor Steven Mugabe with his followers, brutally killed everyone in the house. In other cases, the investigation revealed that he lured innocent people in the name of love and relationships and killed them.

Surprisingly, Moses has been arrested several times in the past, but he has either escaped or been released under controversial circumstances. After the latest arrest, authorities seized key physical evidence from the suspect's residence. The investigation has intensified to see if Moses' crimes are linked to old missing persons and murder cases registered in the area. 

However, the charges against Moses are yet to be proven in a legal trial. Authorities hope that this arrest will solve the mystery behind the killings that have been going on for more than a decade. More details regarding the investigation are yet to be revealed.
